1.CINGKUAK ISLAND..(PULAU CINGKUAK)
Cingkuak Island have wide around 4,5 Ha and it face to face with Batu Kereta Island and it's included to Carocok Island in Painan.In Cingkuak Island you can see a Fort of Portugis and you can also look a Madame Van Kempen Inscription.Cingkuak Island is always visit with tourist.
2.ROOT BRIDGE(JEMBATAN AKAR).
Root Bridge is situated in Village of Pulut-pulut in District of Bayang Utara.this tourism object is 24 KM from Painan and 65 Km from Padang.It's a unique tourism object because it's form from Banyan braided unites root until made a bridge and that more interesting is there are a river in under of the bridge or it called "BATANG BAYANG".The river is can used for whitewater cascade activity.This bridge is made for the first time with someone called "PAKIAH SOKAN" in 1916th with purpose is connected for two village that separate with the river.The condition of this bridge as long as stronger because the banyan's root that form is more bigger.
this bridge long is 25 M and width is 1,5 M.In Holiday,this place is always visit with tourist.
3.CAROCOK BEACH(PANTAI CAROCOK)..
Carocok Beach tourism object in Painan is situated in Sub-District of IV Jurai with travel distance from Padang is 77 KM.This region is face to face with two island that is Kereta Island and Cingkuak Island.And from far you can see a Semangki Island with panorama that very beautiful and the water that clean.And when you are in the peak of Langkisau Hill,you will look the panorama that very amazing and aware us to God's power...
4.MANDEH ISLAND
Mandeh Island is situated in Sub-District of Koto XI Tarusan that directly border with Padang City.This region is only 56 KM from Padang with broad is 18.000 Ha with travel time is 56 minute.Mandeh Tourism is cover seven village and three district taht uninhabited with population is nine thousand and nine hundred thirty one people with livelihood is farm.Mandeh Torism object has known in national level and international level with presence of foreign invest from italy that developed tourism resort that known with "CUBADAK PARADISO".Mandeh region was to be first destination for maritime tourism policy that including into "NATIONAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PLAN"(RENCANA INDUK PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA NASIONAL)together with Biak and Bunaken.Mandeh Region is so interesting to be the first investation goal.
This location is called as a Mandeh Tourism Region because one of the village that there in this region is name Mandeh Village that situated in a middle of Carocok Tarusan Bay.
Carocok Tarusan Bay is sloping enough and not waves because in around of this bay is there a few small island that is TRAJU ISLAND,SETAN KECIL ISLAND,SIRONJONG KECIL ISLAND,SIRONJONG BESAR ISLAND and of course beside CUBADAK ISLAND.In north side of Mandeh Region is there a few encircle island that is BINTANGOR ISLAND,MARAK ISLAND,ULAR ISLAND,& PAGANG ISLAND that side by side with SIKUAI ISLAND.In beach along from Sungai Pisang Village until Carocok Village,the region is sloping enough and white sand with a few tree that is Coconut tree,Hibiscus tree,Jackfruit tree and else...7 village from 3 district in this region is including into Tourism Development Region that is :

A people in around of Mandeh Region is famous friendly enough and mingle so quick with newcomer people,even they like to help.Entry Gate of Mandeh Region can reached with sea and land road.when you goes by Ship,you can goes from Bungus Port,Gaung,Teluk Bayur or from Muara Padang Port and from Tarusan Bay.But If you choose with land road,there is 2 different alternatives that is from Carocok Tarusan and from Sungai Pisang Padang.
5.CUBADAK ISLAND..
Cubadak Island situated in Mandeh Region with broad 705 Ha and it known with "PINCURAN TALU".This island situated in Sub-District of Koto XI Tarusan and located in west side of Mandeh Village.Cubadak Island have panorama that so beautiful with white sand that so clean.A feature of this island is there a few bay,rock and promontory until for a few European people,this island is named as "THE PARADISE OF SOUTH"...
